I come regularly for nails, lashes, brows,pedicures.. One stop shop and all my services last 3 weeks to a month. Lisa is very accommodating and kind. I see some negative reviews on here, but that's not been my experience and I've been here quite a few times. Lisa runs several shops I believe so she does answer calls but it's not in a rude way. She offers a variety of services so multitasking is crucial otherwise she wouldn't be able to offer them. They offer free beverages and help me out if I need to charge my phone. They remember what polish I like. All great things. Keeps me coming out all the way from Murphys.
Spur of the moment, decided I wanted to get my nails done for Valentines Day, did a walk-in & was seated with Nancy, I showed her a quick pic & she perfected the art. Extremely pleased with Nancy's work ????
Love everyone there! They go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy with their nails. Great job everytime!! I'm a total nail person, I do them different every time and they always do an amazing job!!!! Super friendly staff and very clean.
My entire experience was unpleasant. I was shuffled around, asked more than 5 times what color when I'd respond i was ignored, at least 2 nails are crooked and i had shown pictures of a flower design (no flower i got irritated). Some nails arent even fully painted, but i got irritated at being ignored. When i paid i was shocked $40 for fill/paint, when fill is listed $22. When i questioned price and asked for an appointment to fix my nails as my kids were waiting, oil was added and filing done at register, they were already over filed. Then i was told i never said anything, everytime i tried to say something i was disregarded.
I left $40 and walked out
ANYWHERE BUT HERE !!!! Went in yesterday for a simple design (based off of the work they display online). Once they had me sit down, I was then waiting for a good 30 mins before they had me move again. Kim was the one doing my nails. I Asked for the third picture ( the heart) and when she couldn’t do that I asked for the diamonds at the top. She was trying to rush the entire thing so I had to tell her like 4 times what I wanted. Once she finally got it, she just started throwing the gems on. Then once it was done, I was just ready to go. I asked her how much, and I was surprised to hear “50” when I came in for a fill/paint witch it CLEARLY states on the wall inside is $22. I’ve been coming here for about a year now, and every time I leave disappointed in the money I spent, along with a lot of my friends and family.
my sister and i came here to get black acrylics before school we both got black almond shaped accrilic nails she cares $50 each that was $100 total they were not worth the price they were bumpy and uneven most of my nails were put on crooked i asked her to fix it she just filed it and made the nail skinnier then the rest the first photo is the length and shape i asked for and the second is what i got
Came with my daughter for a girls day. I had 2 people at once working on my feet and nails. Absolutely didn't like it at all. The lady cut all my nails off to where I can't even feel them scratching. And I didn't even get a foot rub with my pedicure. And they charged a $4 fee to use my card . I will never come here again
I went to have my lashes done. 1st time here. I was a little nervous because another guy asked me who I was waiting for ,I replied Lisa. He responded "Goodluck" which I thought was incredibly rude. But I put that aside,lisa was on time and personable. I'm very happy with Lisa's work she was very quick and lashes came out Great!!
