Do not get anywhere near them!!
I just left and I’m shaking. I walked in and asked for SNS. I didn’t have anything on my nails so you’d think it’s a easy one but i guess it wasn’t for her. It didn’t look good at all at the end to the point where I couldn’t let myself walk around with it on so i told her I didn’t like it thinking she’ll just fix it. But the lady which apparently is the owner just snatched my hands and started cutting off my nails!!!!!! I’ll never go back there and I really don’t recommend to anybody else to go there.
I visited for the first time. Rose did a great job with a smile. I forgot to tell her gel not acrylic but we started and I told her and she removed the ones she had done and started over with a smile. This is my new shop.
Went for a quick nail polish change. Only expected to pay $8 but paid $10. Gave a $2 tip. It was an okay day experience for me. I don't like when they do the upsale to get you to do SNS or Gel. If I wanted that I would have asked for it. Probably would not go back again.
The mail tech was pleasant as she could be, seeing she spoke very little english.
I have been coming to this places since I was in college. Even though I have moved away I had to come back and let them do my wedding nails. Bong is amazing and does my eyebrows right every time!!!
Get my pedicures here. Been going here for years they do great work. I'm always looking for Cathy. If she's not there I will have to come on another day.
Bad experience!!! The lady couldn't do the design I wanted. Wasted two hrs and$45 as she attempted to draw some lines mimicking a candy cane. I had to keep reminding her that she needs to fill the whole nail. Long story short my nails are hanging outside of the acrylics, the polish isn't covering the nail. The nails are bumpy, and have bubbles.. but I can say she really tried but her hand was shaking so badly she couldn't get the lines straight! I would've have stayed to correct the issues but I had to go to work. Not what I had planned for my birthday set!????
Very unprofessional. She got mad when a woman didn’t like how she did her by toe nails and took me instead to go wax my eyebrows. She not only rushed through my eyebrows she caught an attitude and told me that I should use a razor when I told her I had sensitive skin. Other places I’ve been to usual have a special oil for sensitive skin. She didn’t even trim my eyebrows. It was my first time going there and my last time.
My first time here was good, they were busy so it was about a 15-minute wait but I could obviously see that by how many people were in there. I have Sonia and since I'm a quadriplegic sometimes people are nervous I have a hard time doing my nails, but she was completely comfortable and did a beautiful job! This would probably be my new spot!
