My sisters went here to get their nails done for a wedding. They gave my sister (bride) totally the wrong thing. We called and they said come in and fix it, so we did. They almost gave her the wrong thing, again. So I asked to clarify and they were clearly annoyed but fixed it. However,
the nail tech filed my sister's nails til they bled and a man gave me the worst simple paint job I've ever had. He then pressured us to pay over and over WAY before they were finished so we paid early with wet nails in the middle of the service. They charged for an entirely new set of nails after messing up the bride's nails. I asked why it was so expensive and four employees started YELLING at each other in a different language. The yelling went on for about five minutes until the man asked my sister if she'd just pay it and she said yes. So we did. The nail techs then proceeded to explain to us 5 separate times over the course of the hour how to ask for it correctly. They did apologize for his behavior and the yelling but.... Super unprofessional and poor quality nails. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Saw the recent, good reviews and saw it was under new management so gave it a try. Worst pedicure ever. Start with nail shaping and cuticles- left my cuticles looking worse than when I came in. The foot mask- they only put it on my legs. Not on my feet at all. I paid extra for extra foot massage- he literally just rubbed oil on my shins the whole time. When I asked if he could rub my feet, he touched them for a second then went back to my shins.. Then the parafin wax—- they literally burnt my skin with it. And I don’t have sensitive skin. Finally the polish- looks like a child did it. The only reason it got 2 stars was because he was nice. I don’t usually leave bad reviews- but with all the 5 star reviews lately I don’t want other people to be surprised if they get the bad experience I got. Oh and their pricing is also higher than some of the best salons I’ve been to. Will not ever be back.
My second time coming to this nail spa. I love my nails, simple look but elegant. The gel nails was not too thick like places I've been before so it feels really natural. I would recommend it, will be coming back for my brothers wedding.
They were in such a hurry. The acrylic on almost every nail is lumpy. The tech tried to blame it on the gel polish. One nail maybe but not 8 out of 10. Would NOT recommend this salon. I have had my nails done for 20+ years. I could’ve done a better job.
Sapphire Nail and Spa is under new management and is offering 30% off services this month. My friend and I had a great time! We were greeted by each staff member. There was no wait! We were offered drinks and candy. The service was great. The staff were friendly and very serving. I love my baby blue pedicure. It turned out great!
The designs I request for are always on point! Not only are the prices reasonable but service is great too! They are super efficient and friendly. The salon is a very cute, cozy and clean.
The absolute WORST pedicure I’ve ever received in my life. I get pedicures every 2 weeks. I asked for a deluxe pedicure that comes with a 12 minute massage. After she was so fast and didn’t make my toes nor my pedicure as it should be, she completed my pedicure in RECORD fashion of a whole 22 minutes. I’ve never gotten a pedicure that fast.
I would never recommend this place anything except to close permanently!!!
Very professional done Pedicure and manicure. All the ladies were very nice , the place is very clean. I came without appointment and I just wait 10 minutes. I really like this place and I highly recommend it.
