This place could use a domestic facelift, a little glitz and glamor. The place was very clean.
They were very busy upon my arrival, but
I was promptly seated and given you an excellent pedicure.
Henry never pressured me like a lot of other places.
He did an amazing job.
Getting in and out of the plaza and parking was easy.
I love VIP NAILS- Hanna is an outstanding nail professional technician. Her hand painting design skills are creative and beautiful! I can bring any design and she will make it or give her own twist, but it will be a showstopper, I get tons of compliments. I always recommend her everyone the gives me compliments.
I have never had a bad experience. All staff are good, but I will always have my favorite.
I have been going here for over two years and will not let anyone else touch my nails! They are amazing! Pedicure and manicure! No matter who I get they do an amazing job! Lenny the owner is so amazing! And Henry and Jenny are my favorite! Do not go anywhere else! This is the place to be! They are always available and no matter how busy they make you feel valid! I love it here!

Thought I’d try a new nail place closer to home in lieu of the positive reviews. Called today beforehand to schedule my pedicure today letting them know I need someone good who knows how to relieve an ingrown. Walked in at 3pm they set me up with an older, very nice, gentleman. The seats are so close to each other I could barely breathe and there was no room to hang my purse on the side. They didn’t ask me if I wanted anything to drink. I asked if he could please remove my ingrown since he went past it. I asked to cut down my nail shorter, he didn’t do it. I kept showing him areas of loose skin to trim off and I received no exfoliating leg scrub. Now I’m at home with dry skin on my toes I will need to trim off myself. What was supposed to be a relaxing hour of me time, ended up being 40 min waste of $30 and more work for me!
wouldn’t recommend going on a weekend. the lady rushed my nails…i got a simple short acrylic set (almond shape) and I asked nicely for her to file it down a little more because it looked spiky and she made it look worse. A few of them are crooked and she kept getting up from her chair as she was doing my set. I’m not sure if it was just the lady who did them but I will be getting a soak off soon because honestly they were not worth the $40. Not to mention, when I first came in she was trying to ask me what I was getting done but I couldn’t understand her with the music and the background plus the chaos going on in the store so I said “I’m sorry what did you say?” and she full on yelled at me. Terrible experience.
Always get a good pedicure but their scheduling needs improvement. Even with an appointment I often wait any where from 15-45 min for them to start. I’d appreciate them telling me up front about a long wait other than sitting me in a chair to wait it out.
Today I had my nails done. Atmosphere was family friendly to everyone around me. During my nail appointment the owner got up multiple times to talk and do other things. He kept offering upgrade that I took because I was treating myself. The man didnt complete my nails because he had to go make drinks for everyone else. He didnt even offer me a drink (I was his client) after offering 5 different people a drinks, he said I needed to get in a chair for my pedicure before it got too busy and that he would finish my nails when im done . So I went to get my pedicure done in the middle of my nails. The man who did my toes talked me into the 80 dollar foot treatment package. I had to ask him 5 times to tun the water hoter. Then he adds all the stuff to the water and I lay back and my massage chair dosent work. Hard balls pressing in my back for an hour foot treatment and I'm paying 80 dollars. I asked to move and they could not move me because he already put the powder the water. As he finished my toes I asked that my nails be completed. I go back to the nail booth and he adds a clear coat and a heart and charges me 10$ for a small heart. The woman next to me asks me if I've ever tried the drinks he was serving. I said no I wasn't offended one. It was so bad I will NEVER be back. I wanted to cry because of the way I was treated. Also not relaxing at all. Chairs areso close together and everyone talking loud. Not a good place if you needing a relaxing self care day.
