I really enjoy this place for my pedicures, and brought my teen daughters for their first fake sets. We had a great time and I recommend this place very much! When I came to schedule, they helped explain what the different types were, asked questions and listened, and helped figure out what would work best for our lifestyles! Prices are very comparable to any in GB, clean environment, friendly staff.
I will share some suggestions for the business:
As with any place, some technicians are amazing! But some are definitely not. There are some, (my experience is mostly the men) rush through any service like it is a race. Even if they do not have any other clients waiting, they try to get done as fast as possible, and then I see them sitting in the pedi chairs playing on phones. It would be more respectful of clients, and probably reflected in tips, if we felt they were taking that time for us. Noone likes to be treated like just a paycheck, but rather a person.
Again, this is not all their technicians by any means! They have many amazing and pampering techs!
I have gone to WN&S since I moved to Green Bay. However, since the new ownership happened almost a year ago, this place has completely gone down hill.
I feel awful because the normal people who do my toes and nails are still great, but the quality of my nails are no longer what they used to be.
I have tried to go back three times since I left and found a new regular place (because I just used to love them so much) and each time, I am so upset I tried going there, again.
My nails chipped each time in a week or less, when my regular techs were unavailable, one of the OWNERS, turned on the Dremel so fast that it burned my nails, and even when I said something, he kept going; overall, I am just disheartened about what this place used to be vs. what it is, now.
I get my nails done by Tom he really good fast always be ready when I walk in for appointment not waiting around they are really nice peoples they do great job on nails and feet’s great with my kids when they get service I would refer anyone too them ask for Tom great great service
We had 7 of us for a girls day. All staff were very patient and kind. We all loved our pedis and nails!!
This is a terrible place to get your nails done. The guy was really fast, charged me for white and pink and didn't do it. 2 days later they turned really yellow. I came back to get them fixed and the other guy was super rude and aggressively filed them. It was the worst experience ever.
Rude staff!! One of their employees scheduled us for the wrong date by mistake and I was there with my handicapped Mother who comes in to her nails done frequently. Cannot believe this woman didn't offer us anything for their mistake. Since this is how they treat their reoccurring customers, we will never be returning back to this terrible place.
I haven't had a pedicure in years and this was amazing! Min was my technician and he did a thorough job and my feet are so relaxed! This is a busy place and its a smaller shop so if you have any anxiety regarding that then wear a mask. All the techs were wearing masks and actively sanitizing stations in between clients. The kits were all single use disposables. The fact that people are complaining about add on costs due to covid is ridiculous. These businesses are doing the best they can to continue to operate while keeping their staff and customers safe. Plexiglass is expensive and the $1 or 2 you pay more isn't anything to complain about.
World nails has very professional staff for the price they are offering. Skilled technicians that can deliver you beautiful set of nails. Definitely found my favorite place. Will come back.
